Unlike many recapture/refinance programs, RSG teams with Credit Union Staff to develop and implement a member-centric process from marketing through to loan closing.

While RSG staff perform all marketing functions and initiates the credit process, credit union staff close the loan with the member at their local branch or through overnight mail.

In some cases it is more convenient, or comfortable, for the Member to go to the branch and process their application and loan directly with the branch.  Our “team” approach allows for whatever is best for the members that respond to our marketing efforts.  For this reason we offer an online application process, an application by phone/fax or the member can go by their branch.
